Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or fine dining events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, sales tracking, and retail math calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Previous experience in catering or retail math is advantageous; brewing or food industry knowledge is a bonus.
