Bartender

Job Summary Looking for someone with cocktail experience. Must have prior experience! 2 years preferred but not required. We offer an extensive list of bourbon, scotch and tequila. We also have a walk-in humidor so some cigar knowledge would be ideal but not required. Our establishment is a quiet intimate setting with a great regular crowd. Ideal candidate is friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales Operate POS system such as TOAST for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage multiple responsibilities including serving, cashiering, and food handling during busy shifts Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service in line with legal regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by providing prompt beverage service Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS system TOAST for efficient transactions Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate bill splitting Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus for versatile event support Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage preparation enhances your ability to serve specialty drinks effectively This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in lively environments.
