We are busy and growing, ideally looking for a Bartender that wants to contribute to our cocktail and N/A program. Previous experience in a cocktail lounge is preferred. We have 3-4 shifts available and potential for admin or management work in addition to the bar shifts. We have a professional environment and treat one another with respect. This can be a face paced workplace and everyone helps out as needed and where needed. The listed pay range is estimated, our Bartenders do well and we have very low turnover, tips at The Saturn Lounge are good. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food items Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs or restaurants. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously.

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
