In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional, elevated service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in a nightclub or banquet setting Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment, or cocktail forward establishment Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient order entry and sales tracking Familiarity with classic cocktails, plus general wine and beer Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
