Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and beverages with precision, demonstrating bartending expertise in a fast-paced setting Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas swiftly to prepare for new guests, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms, ensuring proper cashiering procedures are followed Requirements Proven experience in fine dining service and bartending within upscale restaurants or nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming guest relations Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and responsible beverage service practices Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you've outgrown the places you've worked and want a room where the guests are worth knowing — apply.
