- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in mixology and beverage industry ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
