Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques to craft high-quality cocktails. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all beverage services meet client expectations. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
