Bartender/Server

Job Summary Hoppers Pub is seeking Bartender/servers to join our team. If you are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and have a strong communication skills we want to hear from you Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Monitor inventory levels and restock the bar as needed Qualifications
• Previous experience working as a Bartender, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Strong sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
