Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cashing out customers efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-service Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclubbing events as needed to ensure seamless operations Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests efficiently during peak hours Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and tab management Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Certification in responsible alcohol service (where applicable) is a plus Join our dynamic team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
