Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Operate Square POS for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality. Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed, providing support in food service operations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or restaurant roles. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
