The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation styles. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling accurately. Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing beverage service to guests. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role or related position in a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic math skills for calculating drink prices and managing tabs effectively. Experience with catering services is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. A valid food handling certification may be required based on local regulations.
