Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring quick and precise transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery during busy periods such as banquets or catering events Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience in both restaurant and nightclub settings Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all details meet quality standards Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests positively Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising service quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days like catering or banquets Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws; brewing knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
