Server / Bartender

Job Summary:

The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This role ensures guests have a positive dining experience while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in both table service and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the system Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tables, and service stations Verify customer age for alcohol service and follow all local laws and regulations Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred Knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and food service procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced restaurant or bar environment Late hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Exposure to loud noise, crowds, and alcohol service environments
