Does memorable customer service make you smile? Do you know coffee and are a passionate, experienced barista? If so, please consider joining our team a FOH Assistant Manager. We're a busy busy coffee shop / bakery & market in the Cannery District and the oldest coffee shop in Bozeman! Baristas at The Daily can expect to earn about $11-14 per hour in tips on top of their wage. Tips are pooled over the week. Wage for Assistant Manager is dependent on experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, community and building a team. Our ideal candidate has a kind nature and wants to learn, serve and lead. Our core value is serving others! While we close on Thanksgiving and Christmas, the ideal candidate will be available during the holiday season as well as Spring Break. We are unapologetically committed to serving the highest quality products and providing the best service in the cleanest environment--all while working as a team and having fun! We hold ourselves to a very high standard and are quick. We serve more than 475 people a day but still take care of the tiny details. We are currently seeking someone who is interested in full-time and has fairly open availability. We are very busy over the holidays and being available during the season is required. The Daily continues to grow and there is always room to grow with us. We serve Verve and Studio coffee roasters using top of the line Mahlkonig grinders and La Marzocco machines. •We're open 6:00am - 6:30pm M-F and 6:00a-5p S-S, so mornings and evenings are both important shifts•
