Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with the food industry and food service practices
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective location)
