Night Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Night Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face behind the bar during evening hours, creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and fun filled evenings in Deer Lodges favorite five star dive bar. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help foster a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment that values hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as SPOT ONand Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile tabs at the end of each shift with accuracy. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife settings like nightclubs or banquet events. Skills Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth order processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy night shifts effectively while maintaining high-quality service. Experience in food service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Knowledge of food safety procedures, food handling, and proper alcohol serving regulations. Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experience. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations related to sales.
