Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences for guests by expertly mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively bar experience. Manage cash handling, POS transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management about stock needs. Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health regulations, and safety procedures related to serving alcohol in nightlife or fine dining settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems ; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments, balancing serving duties with clean-up responsibilities. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are a plus.
