Aqua Vitae is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! In this role, you'll craft delicious cocktails, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:

Craft Cocktails:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic, craft, and specialty drinks.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly, high-quality service that ensures a positive guest experience.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and pairing suggestions.

Requirements:

Experience:

Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of mixology, current beverage trends, and cocktail techniques.

Certifications:

TIPS, BarSmarts, or other bartending certifications are a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong multitasking skills and composure under pressure High attention to detail and cleanliness Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
