Perfect job for a candidate with bartending experience NOT wanting to work late nights! Hours are 3:00pm-8:00pm with flexible shift availability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes "opening duties" checklist to prepare for the upcoming shift.
• Checks w/ FOH or Kitchen Manager on duty to learn of the menu items for the day, including soup of the day, specials and desserts.
• Takes orders and serves residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Busses tables and cleans as you go to ensure cleanliness and comfort for residents.
• Works as a team member with all other staff to provide the best possible experience.
• Utilizes 'closing duties" checklist to ensure proper cleaning and closing of our Pub.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• Be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively with supervisor and staff members.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.

Must be able to interpret and implement written or oral programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Department.
