Bartender - Southline Taproom & Brewery Job Summary Southline is a community-driven taproom and brewery known for great beer, craft cocktails, and memorable events. We're looking for an energetic, personable Bartender to join our team and help create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere for our guests. This role goes beyond pouring beer—you'll be crafting cocktails with high-end spirits, serving guests in our taproom, and supporting private events in our event space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in both beer knowledge and drink mixing, we want to meet you. ⸻ Responsibilities Pour and serve craft beer and a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Mix and serve cocktails using high-end liquor with consistency, accuracy, and presentation Provide friendly, engaging customer service and build relationships with guests Educate guests on beer selections, cocktails, and featured spirits Operate POS system for tabs, orders, and payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and taproom environment Restock inventory, monitor keg levels, and assist with bar prep and breakdown Support private events and parties, including setup, cocktail service, and breakdown Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, high-energy environment ⸻ Requirements Previous bartending experience required; craft cocktail and/or high-volume bar experience preferred Comfort and confidence mixing cocktails with premium spirits Craft beer knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working nights, weekends, and private events Basic math and cash handling skills Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude ⸻ Why Southline? Pay:

$21.05 - $25.34 per hour
