We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, appreciates great beer, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their shift and managing the taproom as if it were their own business. Successful candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable making decisions without direct supervision. Responsibilities Pour Twin Leaf beer and serve other beverages and snacks to guests. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and complete customer transactions accurately. Assess guests' preferences and make beverage recommendations. Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Deliver an outstanding guest experience while representing the Twin Leaf brand. Open and close the taproom independently and manage operations during your shift without direct supervision. Assist with inventory restocking and routine cleaning tasks. Pick up additional shifts when available and needed. Identify opportunities to improve taproom operations and guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Appreciation for craft beer and enthusiasm for learning about Twin Leaf's products.
