Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while working in a vibrant environment that celebrates hospitality, creativity, and teamwork. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments swiftly and accurately. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Follow all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and responsible serving practices. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender is preferred Familiarity with POS systems to process orders quickly and accurately. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or retail math settings. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus for creating specialty drinks that wow guests. Retail math skills for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management are essential for success in this role.
