At Parks Hospitality Group , we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. In this leadership role, you will ensure exceptional beverage service, oversee bar operations, and mentor and motivate the bartending team to provide the best possible guest experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes. Train and mentor Bartender staff and Barbacks on service standards, drink preparation, and safety procedures. Delegate tasks and coordinate with the F&B Manager to monitor staff performance and provide feedback. Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations, including verifying guest identification. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, ensuring tables are clear of debris. Develop seasonal beverage menus with the Outlets Manager. Monitor and replenish inventory, placing orders as needed. Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning materials. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of previous bartending experience, with leadership or Lead Bartender experience preferred. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus. Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
