A local and tourist favorite since we opened our doors in 2008, we love serving neighbors from near and far with our laid-back vibes and fresh flavors. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the appropriate systems (e.g., Focus). Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing. Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Previous experience in food service or fine dining environments is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing and kitchen coordination. Proficient in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
