Here you'll find classic and contemporary exotic cocktails made with fresh juices, premium spirits, world class syrups, and a crew that will take you on a trek to faraway paradise. Hi-Wire Brewing's The Tiki Easy Bar is a full service speakeasy cocktail Tiki bar. We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled bartender to create a meaningful experience where mystery meets fantasy. We have 20 cocktails on tap along with traditional shaken and stirred libations. This is a fully Tiki inspired concept with fun funky glassware, wild garnishes, and lots of fire. Responsibilities Pour cocktails and serve other beverages for bar patrons. Provide stellar customer service to complete transactions. Customers should feel like they are in another world. Prepare garnishes, juices, & kegged/batched cocktails daily. Use proper measurement tools to ensure proper and consistent cocktails. Make gourmet hot dogs daily. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all A.L.E. and beverage regulations. Change kegs as needed. Ability to lift over 40lbs Must be flexible with shift rotations. Everyone is a server/bartender Cash handling and processing payments. Must be an ambitious, highly motivated, change tolerant optimistic cocktail lover who believes in Hi-Wire's higher purpose. Have fun! Skills Well rounded knowledge of liquor, largely focused on Rum. Creativity to come up with drink specials Exceptional multitasking/prioritizing skills Strong attention to detail Independent/self motivated Problem solver with grace under pressure Ability to adapt/think on your feet A flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar setting required. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Appreciation of good beer!
