BARTENDER (PRO LEVEL) Blackbeard's Grill - Beaufort, NC This is not a "learn as you go" bar position. You are the face of the restaurant. We're looking for a seasoned bartender who can move fast, stay sharp, and create an experience that keeps people coming back asking for you by name. If you can handle volume, make great drinks consistently, and connect with guests—this is your bar.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Mixing a wide variety of cocktails quickly and accurately Handling high-volume service without losing your edge Using POS efficiently while managing bar guests and tickets Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere at the bar Building relationships and repeat clientele Delivering "wow" moments that guests remember

PAY:

Hourly base + tips Strong bartenders can earn $25 - $40+ per hour total

Has solid bartending experience (not entry level) Is confident with classic cocktails + can adapt on the fly Moves with speed and precision during a rush Is personable, engaging, and builds real connections Can multitask and stay calm, upbeat, and positive Understands how to run a bar—not just pour drinks
