Side B is a new vinyl-driven cocktail and beer bar opening in Black Mountain, NC. Our space celebrates sound, design, and global drink culture — a place where details matter and teamwork drives the experience. It's a listening-room bar built around global beer, vinyl culture, and a clean, minimalist design aesthetic. We're creating an intimate space for conversation, sound, and discovery — where craft, detail, and service matter as much as the playlist. The Role We're looking for a focused, dependable, and experienced bartender who's serious about both the art and the science of drink-making. You understand balance, speed, and storytelling behind the bar. You can mix a perfect Negroni, talk someone through an obscure Belgian tripel, and keep your station spotless while doing it. Be:

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and classic techniques Solid understanding of global beer styles and trends A clean, organized work style with attention to detail Genuine social presence and guest awareness — you set the tone for the night Availability for at least 3 shifts per week Reliability and maturity — you show up ready, every time
