Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively atmosphere and promote customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist with food preparation tasks related to bar snacks or light bites, supporting overall restaurant operations. Manage cash register transactions accurately, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts promptly. Support catering and banquet events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene. Experience Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service, with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience serving in bars or restaurants, including knowledge of food handling and beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. Experience working at banquets or catering events demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced settings.
