As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar runs smoothly. Weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service. Experience Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction. A background in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to assist with various tasks including food preparation and cleaning duties as needed.
