Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will help elevate our venue's reputation for excellence. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, you'll be the heart of the action, engaging with guests and delivering top-tier hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accuracy. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing time effectively to meet service demands. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquets, or food service needs. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs and adhering to alcohol regulations. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food handling procedures, and customer service protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal requirements related to alcohol service. Previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous for managing sales and inventory control.
