We are seeking passionate, charismatic, and skilled mixologists to elevate our upscale private social events. This is the perfect opportunity for high-end craft bartenders looking for lucrative, predictable, and premium weekend event bookings.
Key Responsibilities Menu Engineering:
Program a custom signature cocktail menu tailored to the theme of the event using client-provided spirits.
Off-Site Prep:
Source fresh juices, craft homemade artisanal syrups/infusions, hand-cut premium garnishes, and prep clean ice prior to arrival using your dedicated stipend.
Mobile Setup:
Bring your professional bar roll-bag to set up a clean, visually striking popup bar station at the venue.
Active Service:
Deliver precise, high-end cocktail execution during a designated active service window, maintaining an upscale, engaging, and premium guest experience. Masterclass Facilitation (When Booked): Confidently lead a fun, structured interactive mixology session for guests using tools and guidelines provided by the agency.
Breakdown:
Clean and wipe down the bar area, rinse event tools, and pack down your gear efficiently post-service. Qualifications &• Requirements•
Experience:
Proven track record in craft cocktail bartending or fine-dining mixology, with a strong command of flavor balancing and presentation aesthetics.
Certification:
Active responsible alcohol service certification required.
Equipment:
Must own a comprehensive professional bar tool kit and have reliable transportation to navigate the greater Charlotte area.
Demeanor:
Engaging personality, immaculate professional presentation, and the confidence to guide groups through an interactive setting.
Pay:
$65.00 per hour Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

On the road
