The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative drink recipes, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings for guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail techniques, and new drink offerings. Qualifications Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail ingredients, and presentation styles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with catering services is a plus, as well as familiarity with sales techniques related to beverage offerings. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers is essential.
