Job Overview:
The Bartender plays a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve beverages promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and measurements. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular cocktails. Stock and maintain bar inventory. Ensure proper liquor pouring and portion control.
Cash Handling:
Accurately process payments and operate the point-of-sale system. Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
Compliance :
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Follow safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role. Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and beers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Valid alcohol serving certification (if required by local regulations).
