JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Establish and endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Ø Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests Ø Prepare beverages as ordered Ø Build relationships with guests Ø Keep bar area clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines Ø Operate a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and give a guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities Ø Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines Ø Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Commission and/or NC ABC Commission Ø Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ø High school diploma or GED required Ø One year prior customer service experience required Ø Six months experience as a bartender at a full service bar preferred Ø Complete documented training program preferred Ø Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server Program required Ø Serve Safe Certified required Ø Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills: Ø Excellent interpersonal skills Ø Knowledge of beverage operations Ø Willing to learn and be adaptable Ø Attention to detail/observant Ø Documented teamwork behaviors and attitudes Ø Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Ø Must be able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously Ø Must be able to lift 50 pounds Ø Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds Ø Must be able to be on feet for 8 hour shift Ø Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp Ø Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Ø Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Ø Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including second hand smoke Ø Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
