We pride ourselves on delivering high-level service, exceptional cocktails, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are a growing company, and event volume can fluctuate depending on the season. Weekends are our busiest time, so weekend availability is extremely important for this position. We are open to applicants who currently work weekends who can request off when needed for events. We will work with your schedule and give proper notice so you can request off. Last minute events often pop up, the more flexible your schedule the better. We are currently looking to expand our bartending team with skilled, reliable, and personable bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and craft cocktails.

What You'll Do:

Set up and break down venue bars and mobile bar setups Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and custom drinks efficiently and professionally Provide excellent guest interaction and customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area throughout events Handle cash and follow all liquor laws and safety standards Work independently at events while maintaining a smooth guest experience Adapt quickly and problem solve during fast-paced or changing event situations

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable in fast-paced event environments Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to think on your feet and problem solve during events Reliable transportation is required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading supplies Weekend and evening availability required

Requirements:

TIPS and/or ServSafe Certification preferred Bartending license is a plus but not required Willingness to travel to event locations throughout the region

Please Note:

This is a physically demanding position that includes transporting supplies, lifting heavy bins and bar equipment, setting up/breaking down events, and working long hours on your feet during busy events.
