Build Relationships. Create Experiences. Iron Oak Cigar Lounge is seeking an energetic, professional, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our opening team. This is not your typical bar job. At Iron Oak, you'll serve premium bourbons, craft cocktails, fine wines, specialty coffee, and exceptional guests in a luxury cigar lounge environment. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Prepare and serve premium cocktails, bourbon, whiskey, wine, beer, and specialty coffee beverages Deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests Build relationships with regular customers and learn their preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment Educate guests on beverage selections and pairings Assist with special events, tastings, and member experiences Process transactions and memberships through our POS system Ensure compliance with all NC ABC laws and company policies Qualifications ✔ Previous bartending experience preferred ✔ Knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, and craft cocktails ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ✔ Evening and weekend availability ✔ Must be at least 21 years of age ✔ Cigar knowledge is a plus, but we can teach the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Excellent tip potential Training on premium cigars and spirits Opportunities for advancement A professional and upscale work environment About Iron Oak Iron Oak Cigar Lounge is Concord's premier destination for premium cigars, fine spirits, and exceptional hospitality.
