We are professional, agile, and innovative — our goal is to serve top-quality food and drink to the local neighborhood and provide a welcoming environment to enjoy good conversation and gatherings.
THE ROLE
This is a customer-facing position, so the ability to "work a room" is paramount. You'll split your time between the bar, food side & the floor — pouring craft beer and cocktails, taking food orders through Toast POS, and making sure every guest has a full glass & leaves happy. Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. What matters most is your attitude and your genuine enjoyment of hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and beverage service techniques (or eagerness to learn — we'll train) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers and staff effectively Problem solver and critical thinker that can take charge under stress Comfortable with Toast POS, or quick to pick up new systems Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Commitment to food and beverage quality, proper presentation, and a clean, welcoming environment
