We are a new sports bar and pool hall focused on great service, cold drinks, pool, sports, and a fun atmosphere. We are looking for energetic, reliable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. This is an opportunity to join our team from the beginning and grow with the business as we open. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly and professional customer service Check IDs and follow alcohol service laws Maintain a clean and organized bar area Handle tabs, cash, and card transactions accurately Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies Work with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly Monitor guests and help maintain a safe environment Assist with opening and closing duties Qualifications Bartending experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Nights and weekend availability required Ability to stand for long periods and lift cases/kegs when needed Pay & Benefits Hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours during tournaments and special events Opportunity to grow with a new business from day one About Us Side Pocket Tavern is an upcoming pool hall and sports tavern built around great drinks, pool, sports, and a welcoming atmosphere for casual customers and serious players alike.
