Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet customers and take drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- 2 years as a previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is required
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
