Bartender

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender with a strong foundation in modern cocktail techniques and a passion for hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You should be comfortable executing a refined cocktail program while also contributing original ideas.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute classic and modern cocktails with precision and consistency Demonstrate knowledge of advanced techniques (infusions, fat-washing, clarification, house syrups, etc.) Provide exceptional, guest-focused service at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar Manage bar prep, batching, and ingredient sourcing Collaborate with management on seasonal menus and cocktail development Accurately operate POS systems, including Toast Uphold standards for quality, presentation, and timing

Qualifications:

2+ years bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment Strong knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail history Experience with modern techniques and scratch-made ingredients Ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing quality Strong communication and team collaboration skills Professional, polished demeanor behind the bar Availability for nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
