Duties include:
Serving plated meals Refilling beverages Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons Taking drink orders Checking id's to confirm legal drinking age Keeping bar area neat and tidy Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies Processing payments Offering drink suggestions and answering questions regarding drinks Complying with all alcohol regulations
Requirements:
Great customer service skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work weekends Should have some prior server/bartending experience Should enjoy interacting with customers while creating high quality drinks. Prior bartending experience a definite plus with knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Cash handling experience also needed
