The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of customer service in a vibrant nightlife environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. Excellent cash handling skills, including experience with cash registers and retail math. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
