Full-Time & Part-Time Immediate Openings Margarita Jack's Pub & Grub is looking for experienced, energetic, and dependable Bartenders/Servers to join our busy lakefront team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders) Maintain a clean, organized work area Handle cash and credit card transactions Work as a team to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous restaurant and bartending experience required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus excellent tips Flexible scheduling Fast-paced, fun work environment Employee meal discounts Opportunity for year-round employment and advancement If you're dependable, hardworking, and enjoy making guests feel welcome, we'd love to have you on our team.
