Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with members, and can create both classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times Ensure compliance with NC ABC laws and club policies Manage member tabs accurately and process payments through POS system Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed Provide excellent service to members and guests in all bar and lounge settings Assist in setup and breakdown for club events or functions Qualifications Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred (hospitality or country club experience a plus) Must be 21 years of age or older Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Golf and dining privileges Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for advancement within the club
