Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS system (TOAST) to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts. Assist in managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and tracking consumption to minimize waste. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fast-paced environments. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender is required. Strong knowledge of POS systems (Preferably TOAST). Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, and drink recipe measurements. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Experience with proper sanitation practices.
