Bartender

Overview We're on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages or issues promptly. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Handle cash handling and cashiering duties responsibly while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude to connect with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in fast-paced environments like brewing venues or food industry settings.
