Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals with fine dining or nightclub experience who thrive in social settings and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations Engage with guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences while delivering outstanding customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable, including banquet and catering events Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in the food industry, specifically in bartending or related roles such as restaurant or nightclub settings Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy expertly crafted beverages.
