Job Description

Welcome Inn Cocktails | Louisburg, NC Welcome Inn Cocktails is a new elevated cocktail lounge opening in June 2026. Inspired by the timeless charm of mid-century roadside inns, our vision is to create a sophisticated, welcoming space centered around exceptional cocktails, premium bourbon, curated wines, and genuine hospitality. This is not a dive bar, nightclub, or high-volume shot-and-beer establishment. We focus on craft, conversation, atmosphere, and providing an experience that feels refined yet approachable. We are seeking bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in their knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bourbon.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences. Prepare cocktails according to house recipes and quality standards. Confidently discuss and recommend bourbon, whiskey, wine, beer, and spirits. Maintain extensive knowledge of bourbon styles, distilleries, flavor profiles, and premium selections. Assist guests with beverage recommendations and pairings. Follow all North Carolina ABC laws and responsible alcohol service practices. Work closely with the second bartender assigned to each shift. Complete opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, garnish preparation, and bar setup. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Assist with inventory, product organization, and daily operational needs.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong cocktail knowledge preferred. Extensive bourbon and whiskey knowledge strongly preferred. Knowledge of wine and beer styles. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Dependable, team-oriented, and hospitality-driven.
Compensation:
