Bartender

Overview Bartender/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing beverages, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and regulations Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations Process payments, including cash and credit transactions Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations (preferred) Basic math and cash-handling skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and carry trays, kegs, or supplies (up to 25-50 lbs) Work in a busy, loud environment

Pay:

$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
