Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events like banquets or private parties. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively yet professional manner. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Experience with catering events or food industry environments is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or restaurant environments.
